French Relay

Delaware Relay offers French relay service for our French-speaking customers. TTY users can type in French and the conversation will be relayed in French to the called party.

How Does French Relay Work?

1. TTY User types their conversation in French to relay operator.
2. Relay operator then voices the typed message in French to Voice User.

3. Voice User talks in French.
4. Relay operator relays Voice User's spoken words in French by typing them back to TTY User.

Relais Delaware offre leurs services pour nos clients francophones. Le client TTY tape son message en français et la conversation est transmise en français au destinataire.

Comment fonctionne le service de relais?

1. Le client TTY tape son message en français à l’opérateur.
2. L’opérateur lit le message en français au destinataire.

3. Le destinataire parle en français
4. L’opérateur transmet les mots du destinataire au client TTY en les tapant.
